Description

Fire up the grill and enjoy this Thai Pork Satay with peanut sauce and cucumber salad. We marinate thinly sliced, organically raised pork shoulder in a delicious paste of shallots, lemongrass, toasted spices, lime juice, coconut milk and more before vacuum sealing and delivering to you for your own cookout! At home, simply use the included skewers to grill the pork, and serve with included peanut dipping sauce.

Pork Ingredients: Olive Branch Raw Pork shoulder OL*, shallot, garlic, ginger O, lemongrass paste, cumin seed, coriander seed, turmeric, cayenne, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), lime juice, coconut aminos O, brown sugar O and Thai Kitchen coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum).

Dipping Sauce Ingredients: Peanuts O, garlic, coconut aminos O, rice vinegar O, sesame oil O, brown sugar O, Red Boat Fish Sauce (anchovy, sea salt), lime juice, cayenne and Thai Kitchen coconut milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum).

Preparation

Cooking Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Soak skewers in water before using. Thread 2-3 slices of pork onto each skewer, keeping the meat as flat as possible. Grill over hot coals, under the broiler or on a stovetop grill pan for 3 minutes on each side, until cooked through and lightly browned. Serve with included peanut sauce. Optional: Also serve with rice and top with fresh herbs like cilantro and basil.

Once thawed, please enjoy within 4 days.

When will my meals be delivered?

Our ordering period is Monday through Sunday for Wednesday delivery. NOTE: If you order Mon-Wed, your order will be delivered the following Wednesday.

Where do you deliver and how much much does it cost?

We deliver to homes and businesses in Bozeman, Livingston, Belgrade and Big Sky. Your delivery fee is calculated with your address at checkout, and starts at $10. Orders over $150 are free. We also have 4 pickup locations. Visit our Delivery Rates page for more information.

Will you customize a dish if I don’t like or can’t eat an ingredient?

Due to the logistics of cooking and packaging on a large scale, we’re unable to customize individual dishes. Product pages list all ingredients used in a dish, so be sure to read carefully. If you have any specific questions about a menu item or specific ingredients, please contact us.

How are my meals packaged?

You can choose from 1 of 2 packaging options at checkout: reusable packaging (pay $35 for your first order, $0 for subsequent orders) and one-time-use (pay $7 for each order). Reusable packaging contains a soft cooler, ice packs, and jars that need to be returned. One-time use packaging contains a cardboard box, insulated liner, ice packs and plastic congtainers that do not need to be returned. Some meals are packaged in compostable containers and can be returned for composting. All frozen meals are packaged in plastic.
