Whole and Nourished Ordering, Cancellation, Refund and Forgotten Order Policy

By placing an order you are consenting to our ordering, cancellation, refund, and “forgotten order" policies. 

We know that life can happen between the moment you place your order and when it arrives on Wednesday. Communication is key! We are only able to help with cancellations or delivery modifications if we know before Wednesday morning. Our small business, with limited staff and space, cannot retrieve or store orders once they are on their way to delivery or to pick up locations.

 

Cancellation

We will issue a full refund for orders canceled before Sunday midnight. Other requests received on Monday and Tuesday will be subject to individual circumstances, meal orders and shipping method.

 

Delivery and Pick-up Confirmation and Reminders

All customers receive Email order confirmation with Pick Up information upon order placement. It is your responsibility to confirm that we have accurate contact information (cell phone for text messages and email address).

Pick-up/Delivery Date is stated on top of ordering page. 

Bozeman and Belgrade delivery customers receive a text notification upon delivery. Bridger Delivery fulfills Big Sky and Livingston deliveries, and those customers do not receive a text.

Pick-up customers receive a text notification when your order is ready for pick up on Wednesday. 

Technology isn’t perfect and we encourage you to set a reminder on your phone to pick up or receive your order.

 

Forgotten Pick-up Orders

Our pick-up locations have different hours and staff on site:

 

Livingston Food Resource Center: 

  • Your order will be in the outdoor walk-in refrigerator behind the LFRC building.
  • Available for pick-up 3:30pm-5pm on Wednesday.
  • Orders can also be picked up on Thursday during LFRC hours. 

 

BASE Community Center (Big Sky): 

  • Your order will be on a table inside the entrance.
  • Available for pick-up 3pm-7pm on Wednesday. 
  • Forgotten orders may be stored by BASE staff in their refrigerator, but this is not guaranteed.

 

Belgrade: 

  • Your order will be inside the building on a rolling rack in the hallway. 
  • Available for pick-up 10am-8pm on Wednesday.
  • Our kitchen is not staffed on Wednesday following delivery; therefore, we will not see or refrigerate forgotten orders! We do not return to the kitchen until Saturday morning, at which point your order will need to be discarded.

 

Farmer’s Daughters Cafe (Bozeman): 

  • Your order will be on a table in the cafe. 
  • Available for pick-up 3pm-6pm on Wednesday. 
  • We will pick up forgotten orders after 6pm on Wednesdays and attempt to contact you to arrange late pick up. Since there is no refrigerated storage, orders left after that time will need to be discarded.

 

We are not able to refund you for food that is not picked up. Once your order is packed, it is ready for you and only you! Coolers and ice packs only last so long. Food that is above 41 degrees for more than 2 hours must be discarded. We cannot resell forgotten orders, and we are unable to issue a refund. Thank you for understanding the limitations of a small business like ours.

 

Forgotten Delivery Orders

Communication is key! Customers receive the following alerts about Deliveries: 

  • Email order confirmation with Delivery Information
  • Bozeman & Belgrade orders delivered via the Big Beet van receive a text notification on Wednesday upon delivery. Bridger Delivery to Big Sky and Livingston, as an outside contractor, is unable to do this.

 

We have no way of knowing if you find your order on your doorstep! We are not able to refund you for forgotten deliveries. Once your order is packed, it is ready for you and only you! Coolers and ice packs only last so long. Food that is above 41 degrees for more than 2 hours must be discarded. We cannot resell abandoned orders, and we are unable to issue a refund. We strive to include accurate and detailed information on size, packaging, preparation and ingredients on every product page. If your order does not meet your expectations, first please review the product page. If we misrepresented the item, contact heather@wholeandnourished.com to discuss.

Ingredients

Every item has a product page that lists all ingredients. While substitutions may need to be made due to availability, we will never substitute with an ingredient that contains common allergens (dairy, nuts, soy, shellfish, etc.).
